I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, two evidence-based approaches that help people better understand their thoughts, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping. For children, I incorporate play-based strategies so they can express emotions and work through challenges in ways that feel natural to them.
