Tasks are hard to start, organise, or finish.
Even important tasks can feel overwhelming when there are too many steps, competing demands, or no clear place to begin.
ADHD Counseling
Practical counseling for children, teens, and adults who are navigating attention, organisation, emotions, relationships, and daily demands.

When Support Can Help
ADHD can affect more than attention. It may show up in planning, follow-through, time, emotions, school, work, relationships, or the constant effort of trying to keep up. Support can begin with the parts of daily life that feel most frustrating right now.
Even important tasks can feel overwhelming when there are too many steps, competing demands, or no clear place to begin.
Frustration, shame, irritability, stress, and feeling overwhelmed can build when life asks for systems that do not come naturally.
Repeated reminders, missed details, conflict, school struggles, or work stress can leave children, teens, adults, and families feeling discouraged.
How Counseling Can Help
ADHD counseling begins with the person, not a checklist. Dar works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and can help clients explore how attention, organisation, emotional regulation, relationships, stress, and daily routines are affecting their lives.
Sessions can focus on practical coping strategies, strengths, patterns, communication, self-esteem, and the situations that create the most friction at home, school, work, or in relationships. For children and teens, support is adapted to developmental needs and can include the adults who care for them.
Counseling is not a replacement for medical evaluation or medication management. It can be a supportive part of a broader plan, giving you space to build workable strategies and respond to the emotional impact of living with ADHD-related challenges.
